1. Who we are

Horizons ("Horizons", "we", "us") operates horizons.golf, a listings platform for homes on and beside golf courses. These terms govern your use of the website and any enquiry you send through it. [Legal entity name, registration number and registered address to be inserted.]

2. What Horizons is — and is not

Horizons is an advertising and introduction platform. We publish property listings and pass your enquiries to the relevant owner or partner. We are not an estate agent, broker, law firm or financial adviser; we are not a party to any sale, rental or other transaction between you and a seller, and we do not handle deposits or purchase funds.

3. Listings and property information

Listing details — prices, sizes, distances to courses, course information and photography — are supplied by owners and partners or compiled by us in good faith. We work to keep them accurate but do not guarantee them. Nothing on the site is a survey, valuation, investment advice or legal advice. Verify everything that matters to you independently before committing to a purchase or rental, including title, foreign-ownership rules and taxes in the relevant country.

4. Currency conversion and translation

Each listing's base price is set in its home country's currency. Converted prices and machine-assisted translations are provided for convenience only and are indicative; the base-currency figure and the English text prevail where they differ.

5. Enquiries

When you send an enquiry we forward it, with your contact details, to the owner or partner responsible for the listing so they can respond. How we handle your personal data is described in our privacy policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest or bulk-download listings or contact details;
• submit false, misleading or unlawful enquiries or content;
• interfere with the operation or security of the site; or
• use the site for any purpose other than genuinely seeking, offering or researching property.

7. Intellectual property

The Horizons name, wordmark, site design and editorial content belong to us or our licensors. Listing photographs and descriptions belong to the owners or partners who supplied them. You may not reproduce site content commercially without permission.

8. Third-party sites and content

The site links to third-party content such as maps and golf-course information. We are not responsible for third-party sites or for the accuracy of information they provide.

9. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for losses arising from your use of the site or from any transaction with a seller, owner or partner introduced through it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
